Not superfluous to the person who 'by some means' needs that to move toward faith.
God is gracious, incredibly gracious to all.
He scatters His evidence across the Heavens and the microscopes of reality in great diversity.
I'm NOT ABOUT to tell HIM what He can't do or use to draw people to HIMSELF.
LOL.
The abundantly clear, plain and obviously ones!
Do I need the peep stones again?
So where do you stand on the Biblical Doctrine of election?
Has God Done something superfluous?
God doesn't, but men often do.
GREAT POINT!
At the risk of . . . .
something . . .
IF
God farted, even that would not be superfluous!
I believe the WHOLE counsel of God
on such topics . . .
Including Scriptures on
BOTH sides.
Sad that you don't seem to.
Ranting at
GOD'S
DIVERSITY, CREATIVITY, HIDDEN TREASURES, MYSTERIES, PUZZLES etc.
has got to be in that category.
Very simplistic, IMHO
Yes, I think hyper-Calvinism is
VERY simplistic.
Blindly and unBiblically, so.

Just sayin'.
What an incredible observation!
Such fantastic sleuthing!
What awesome research!
What a touching observation!
What a kind articulation!
What a scientific deduction!
What a thrilling tabulation!
and so on.
Just saying.
Thankfully, those contributing to more than 4,600 views in one recent check . . . must find something worth bothering about.
Consider yourself most welcome to search elsewhere.
I agree. So is any type of Arminianism.
"any type"
Incredible broad mindedness.
Must mean all kinds of Scriptures fall out as chaff to that perspective.
I was thinking of reading Grant Jeffrey books or doing Bible code puzzles.
Whatever the ostensible reason . . . it is
at least remotely
CONCEIVABLE
that new insight and learning
COULD
take place.
God still performs miracles.
Though some don't think so.
God doesn't seem to pay their perspective much mind.
He goes right on doing miracles in lives and unveiling miracles long stored up for revelation in our time.
God doesn't, but men often do.
Is there a numerical system in scripture and if there is, who put it there?
You mean like the "St. Nilus prophecy" and Tommy Hick's "vision"?
I would be careful to attribute fakery to Almighty God.
