I think as long as the Church keeps acting the way it does, publicly airing it's linen in public, we cannot throw stones at jibaholic, or anybody else who does not see something holy in the Church.

In the first place protestants are not disposed to look kindly on the true Church, since they are the ones who left it. But when they read the newspapers, and even the threads at FR, what are they to think when the see all the backbiting? Even the original article in this thread points out divisions in the Church - though it must be discussed. They must get a real kick out of it.

Remember, this is not a private forum, and the detractors are only too happy to take advantage.

'Let him who is without sin be the first to cast the stone.'

Inaccurate and bigoted information about the Catholic church must be dealt with, just the same as any other wrong information. There has NEVER been a time where there was not an argument amongst Christians in the church, although some arguments are more friendly than others.

As a convert to the Catholic church I have been in enough Protestant churches to know that they are often quite similar to the modern Mass, much to the chagrin of some Novus Ordo opponents.
