Most interesting OP. Sounds like The Lord was saying something to you.

I think I'd go back to him and ask Him to clarify it and to let you know what action, if any He wants you to take NOW. And if not now, what can you watch for as a clue as to when to take what action.

You might also ask Him if there is anything else from that dream HE wants you to remember keenly and watch for keenly and therefore what then.

I do think that for any of us with people dependent on us who have limited mobility or whatever ailments--in coming months and years--I believe we will be called on in faith in many situations to pronounce healing; command deliverance etc. as Holy Spirit leads.

It may be in some situations we call for the angels to bear the soul of our loved one to Heaven as we release them to that kind of deliverance--a challenge, to be sure.

It may be that we will be led to call for angelic forces to carry us in The Spirit--a la Philip's traveling in The Spirit from one place to another for safety or ministry or whatever.

I suppose you could ask ahead of time what The Lord would like you to do vis a vis any of the above at such a time.

But God tends to like us to just trust day by day and not plan too much ahead what we will say or do.

HE EXPECTS US TO BE SO SENSITIVE AND USED TO LISTENING AND OBEYING HIS *******VOICE******* THAT WE WILL DO IT INSTANTLY AND FLAWLESSLY IN THE TIMES AHEAD.

That's one reason I'm so concerned about the naysayers hereon. I suppose if their hearts are mostly right toward God, He will have mercy on them and instruct them patiently. But at best, they will be playing catchup with probably some hard lessons along the way for their stubborn tardiness in accepting the Scriptural and other practical lessons now when the hazards and distractions are not so great.

This is a FREEPMAIL I felt constrained in my spirit to share with a BELOVED FREEPER. It may be of value to others.

God is going to increasingly make that the litmus test.

Organized RELIGION will fail and be swept onto the dung pile with the rest of 'modern' society.

A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD will be crucial for survival though many true believers will be martyred. And that post about the devout Buddhist monk's true life story says it all.

Post #1423 of that same thread is further sobering.

I wish I could say that goodness and light will win the day regarding your loved one and your family. That will only be the true for those who learn the lessons the Buddhist monk learned. I hope they don't have to go through his school and pay his tuition. Millions WON'T have THAT extra chance.

It's not a matter of wishing trouble on your loved one. It's a matter of saving her from themselves; their bankrupt values and from eternal isolation from God. The stakes are getting stark. The same is true for all of us.

I don't think that mamby pamby prayers will do a lot for anyone any more. Mamby pamby que sera sera days are over.

It's a dramatic and awesomely--brutally desperate to have to pray--WHATEVER IT TAKES, LORD, SAVE MY LOVED ONE.

BUT IT'S WORSE to NOT pray that way and have the loved one dance and slide their way into hell and eternal isolation from God when they might have been rescued from the jaws of eternal death by such desperate praying.

Wish I didn't have to speak so firmly. I just have no peace or quiet in my spirit to be less than honest with you. Prayers for all of you. Thanks for your vulnerable sharing with me.
