| I have long felt that God could easily create infinite numbers more of angles for His side, were that His desire. I'm sure He could too... but I don't think that's the way He works. He knew from the outset how many He would need, how many He would lose through rebellion... etc, etc. Another interesting thing to note is that pro-creation is something which is unique or limited to the physical realm. Angels are not given in marriage, they don't re-produce, they don't die. Even man is said to be in a non-procreative form in heaven. The only exception I'm aware of is where angels had relations with the daughters of men, producing the giants... but again, the physical realm was involved. So, the multitude of demons (which surely were not created by God for evil) must have originated in the physical realm through procreation. |
