I just want to put this out there FYI something to watch referring back to Daniel and the ten toes...I had never heard of this group until last week.
They are hoping to add Iran and India. Which would put them at 8 countries. They are spending time in Cuba also. All together this could be the 200 million man army easy.

What Is The Shanghai Cooperation Organization?
In 1996, China founded a little-known international alliance known as the "Shanghai Five". It consisted of China, Russia, and three Central Asian States once part of the Soviet empire, Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, and Tajikistan. The group specifically focused on battling the terrorist threats emanating from Afghanistan and ensuring regional stability. In June 2001, Uzbekistan was invited to join and the group was officially named the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

Leaders of China, Russia and four Central Asian nations Thursday warned against unilateral action in the war on global terror and pledged closer ties as Moscow seeks to counter US influence in its traditional backyard.
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) -- which comprises China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan -- agreed to transform their fledgling six-nation body into a proper international organisation by 2004.

You would be correct...that is the main reason why the Ukraine is so important to Putin, he is trying to rebuild the Soviet Union, who will join the organization with the other countries listed. He pulled an election stunt in Belarus as well:

An exit poll conducted by the Gallup Organization showed that the proposition failed. We need to watch Putin closely.
