We can agree that the bodies we currently possess must die or be translated at some point... yes??? Ok... I submit that we are looking at two occurrances of the same type of event. I would further submit that translation of this sort has already taken place for specific individuals. (Enoch - Hebrews 11:5, and Elijah - 2 Kings 2:3) So... we may be looking at two raptures... one at the beginning of the tribulation, and one at the end. The pre-tribulation rapture is much more like the instant removal of a dam, allowing the built up floodwaters to flow unchallenged. The rapture is more about the removal of God's protection against the evil one from the face of the earth than it is about exempting christians.

What do you know about the Marriage feast of the Lamb? When does it take place? Where does it take place? Who will be there?

"and nowhere does it say anyone is going to be exempt from the tribulation"

The letter to the church at Philadelphia:

Rev 3:10 Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth
