Thank you for posting this excellent piece. Being human, I find it easy to relax into mediocrity, reading this was a nice way to start my day. (I have an excuse for sleeping in though, honest! I was studying math until 3 in the morning.) I remember first reading that passage lifted from Archbishop Fulton Sheen some time ago and coming to the scary realization that it's easy to throw away God's graces in our day-to-day life.
