I have admitted that based on Gen 4, Cain could be an ancestor of Noah.
I still don't see what the whole point is that makes any kind of big impactful difference in terms of Jihadi's.
It seems like a real straining at gnats and swallowing camels sort of an issue.

I don't have a ton of long-suffering patience for tedious proof text stuff that seems to go out on long tenuous limbs for little eternal benefit about relatively shallow issues.

The main issue is--the Jihadi's are willfully evil NOW. It doesn't matter whether it's from blood; demonic obsessions; demonic possession; ancestral demons from 3-4 generations ago or whatever.
THEY ARE EVIL NOW.
We have to deal with them NOW.
Their evil seems to come rather straightforwardly from the tribal demonic moon god stuff that Mohammad seems to have co-opted and then have had the audacity and cheekiness to have claimed the demonic moon god to be Almighty God.
I still fail to see any significant point that helps the situation at all with respect to the Jihadi's. Doesn't add anything useful to my understanding of the Jihadi's. Doesn't add anything useful to my motivation to pray for the whole set of issues related to the Jihadi's. It doesn't add anything to my planning for my family's safety. It doesn't add anything helping me walk closer to God.

There may also be some not overly fore-front conscious annoyance with such issues and arguments in general. Sometimes it seems to me that most of Christendom is hell-bent to major in minors and minor in majors. That tends to bug me a lot.

The point of his straining of gnats as you put it is to
provide a reader with a concise starting point with which to explain the Muslims hatred of Christians and Jews.
I disagree with the author and would assign the role
of father of the Muslims to be Ishmael whom it was said about would be " a donkey of a man and his hand would be against his brother" until the Lord returns. Donkey is a rather apt description of Arab males and surely their hand is aganist their fellow men. If there are any Arabs reading this I mean to offend you ,you are donkeys and you will soon feel the bite of an American bridle in your ugly face!
