Uh, no, evil was not in the womb of Eve, it was in the heart of Eve as soon as she took a bite from the fruit, as suggested by the Serpent, & then handed it off to Adam. There's free will involved here.
Cain was told what type of offering God wanted. He disobeyed, just like his parents. Then he had the audacity to get angry when God was more pleased with his obedient brother's offering.
There was grace involved...God didn't zap Cain on the spot for murdering his brother, but instead made him a fugitive.
