Mary's appearances at Fatima were approved by the Church. That's all.Her words and requests are not part of that official sanction.

Here we have words which speak of the essense of the problem: the refusal of the church to listen and truly heed the message delivered by the Mother of God. If Fatima is judged to be officially "worthy of belief", then all of it - the whole tamale, words signs and all are worthy of belief. Period.

After all, we received the Ten Commandments from some old dude dressed in peasant clothing who had been hanging out in the heights of a mountain for some 40 days. There were no witnesses to his alleged reception of the Ten Commandments from the hand of God. None at all. He could have smoking weed up on that mountain and written the "commandments" by himself.

Yet we believe Moses - who had no witnesses..........and we do not want to believe that Our lady appeared at Fatima, or what she said, or the Miracle of the Sun - which was witnessed by some 75,000 people.....many of whom were skeptics or athiests.

It all comes down to FAITH. It always has. It always will.
If church men had faith....had believed in and properly acted upon what Our Lady has been saying to man in apprations over the last 150 years, we would not be in the straits we see ourselves in today.

"But if the whole truth of the Third Secret had been revealed in 1960, there could have been..........."

Faith. Trust. Hope. That is all God has ever been about, and he has never failed.

But the church and the world are as they are today, because churchmen did not act properly on the words of Our Lady. Thay lacked faith - and now we live with the consequences.

Superstitious nonsense. In fact, it is Pharasaical superstitious nonsense.

Oh, since you quote my words, it would be courteous if you would address me, or include me in your pings. You don't have to, of course, but I will note your lack of basic manners whenever it occurs.
