It's very possible. Peanuts or smelling peanuts can shut down the lungs of a kid. It is startling what kids are allergic too and can't eat.

Seriously ... what is it with kids today?
Is it the formula? the failure to breastfeed? the pre-packaged food or what?
If this is how our "natural" children are turning out, I fear to think what a generation or two of "genuine" Artificials is going to do to the gene pool.
