I can think of at least one: the doctrine of the Trinity. Yes, Jesus commissions His apostles to "baptize in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost," but nowhere does it say "God is a Holy Trinity." No, the word trinity is not in the bible, but the concept is all over the bible.
