Probably a misquote, judging by the grammer, but try Rom 3:
11There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. 12They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
Go check your bible again, that is a verse... and it is a concept that is repeated throughout all of scripture...

I think Jesus had it right on these matters, seeing he IS God and all... and has apparently got the market cornered on correct theology... you know being God and all.
Apparently he thought, some of us actually would want to seek him... just as he wanted to seek us.
