Please don't spare us the lecture. I would like to understand the Hindu faith. I would genuinely like to hear an explanation of your religion, so long as you are willing to listen to an explanation of ours. If you understood Catholic Christianity, little jeremiah, you would understand why it is we Catholics are so upset.

Perhaps when you get some time you could start a new thread with a kind of Hinduism 101.

I'm all for cordial relations with other religions--in a conference room or banquet hall. But not at the altar of a Catholic shrine. This is syncretism and indifferentism at its worst--thanks to the present pope.
