As I see, the RCC problem of the moment is the Pope. He is too old, sick and feeble to be the head the church. He is no longer exercising discipline over his subordinates. These subordinates are making all sorts of conflicting statements about many things they should be keeping quiet about. His lack of control is making the church look bad if not actually making it bad.

If the Pope is acting on God's authority one can only assume that God has decided to destroy the RCC.
