Tell your husband why you are so sad. When a man comes home from work and finds his wife crying her heart out it is very distressing. Even if he can't muster up the sentiments you feel, he at least will know what is happening.
Who the heck am I with this Dr. Philesque advice anyway? Trust me though, a guy would rather know the truth than suspect the worse.
