What does Jewish Law have to say about creating a Palestinian State?

Jewish law says (Shulchan Aruch, Orach Chaim, ch. 329) that if an enemy comes to a border city and demands "[only] straw and hay," we are obligated to take up arms (even on the Shabbat) and wage battle against them. For once the border city is conquered; it is easier to overrun the rest of the country.

Today we are dealing with avowed enemies who are demanding nothing less than the border city itself! Unfortunately we are witnessing today the tragic results of those misguided "peace efforts," by politicians who did not heed the word of halacha (Jewish law).

This all is aside for the fact that the Land of Israel was promised by G-d to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Genesis 13:14-15; 26:3; 28:4; 35:12). This promise is written in the Holy Bible - the very same Bible which is revered by all those "well-intentioned" Christians who are pressuring Israel to give back promised land.

Thus saith Pharaoh, I will not give you straw. (Exodus 5:10).

By the way, What are the God-given borders?

"In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:" (Gen 15:18).

That it includes Iraq!

... USA is occupying the land of Israel !!

This discussion is great, but in the greater view of eternity that land whatever God intended it to be will again belong to Israel and Christ will rule it. Besides for the argument of USA occupying land in Israel, even they will tell you we are their greatest ally. As long as this is the case I will fill a lot better about my job as a Soldier in the US Army.

Incorrect. The Bible's reference to the Euphrates river refers to the portion of the Euphrates that flows through Syria. This was the territory ruled by David and Soloman -- a territory which extended to the Euphrates in Syria, but not the Euphrates in Iraq.

Similarly, I believe the reference to the River of Egypt refers to a now extinct river found on the border of the Negev and the Sinai -- the river which marked the Egyptian border. It does not refer to the Nile, which the Bible refers to elsewhere.

Jewish Law also says that anything may be violated for the sake of Pekuch Nefesh except idolotry, murder, and sexual immorality. HeRishon L'Tzion Ovadia Yosef and other poskim have used the principle of Pekuch Nefesh to Halachically justify the sacrifice of territory. I don't support creating a Palestinian State -- but there is no Halachic justification for the Jewish settlers to remain in Gaza as it threatens their own lives, and the lives of the soldiers who protect them.

Exodus 34:12-13 Take heed to yourself, lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land whither you go, lest it become a snare in the midst of you. You shall tear down their altars, and break their pillars, and cut down their Ashe'rim

There should be no covenants...AND they should smash that golden dome thingy.

This is only your assertion - adding a limitation not found in scripture. There will only be three nations in this area when Messiah returns - Assyria (East of the Euphrates), Egypt (West of the Nile), and Israel - everything between. Read Ezekiel.
