No. The qualifications for an elder are found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. They include "hiusband of one wife." This is a qualificatio which is true of me and untrue of the three men I pictured.

Titus 1:6 "...he must hold frim to the sure word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction in sound doctrine...."
You reject Jesus' Doctrine of the Eucharist (among others), ergo, you do not qualify as a Pastor according to the Bible.
