Yes, true. But he didn't seem to think that was anything special, and I agree with that. God is everywhere. We live and move and have our being in God. The Presence of God enfolds us, the Poewr of God protects us. We are using the energy of God in everything we do.

Man is spiritual dead.

I don't agree. Spirit is an active presence im my life. I use this power continually to achieve results, as God wanted us to do.

The day they ate of the forbidden fruit they died a spiritual death that very same day. Just as God said.

Perhaps they did. But it doesn't make sense to say that this is therefore true of the rest of us.

My grandfather could not get from the East Coast to the West Coast in 5 hours. By your logic, if it was true for my grnadfather, it is true for me. Yet I can do it and I do so. Jesus is the key to eternal life.

We are already eternal beings. Our bodies die, our forms change, but our spirit -- our individual identity in God -- has always existed and always will exist.

But the point is God said that in the day that Adam and Eve eat of the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil , you SHALL SURELY DIE. The point is Adam and Eve die spiritual and because they are spiritual dead we INHERITED that spiritual death. The saying is if you do not have it you can not pass it down to the next generation. That is the one of the basic laws of inheritance. Only in Jesus can we regain that which was lost. That the main point of christianity. But if you feel by some other spirit or false jesus, you can have relationship with God. Do not be deceived for their is no other name, where by man might be saved,except the name of Jesus Christ, which is preached in the bible.
