Who made him? I don't know any more. It is a union of a random egg and sperm following natural law and the mating instinct and the little creature develops according to the dna pattern. I don't know if goats are allowed to follow nature's course or if they are artificially inseminated as are most breeding stock these days.
What did God say to Job? I can't remember. Was it somethng like "Why don't you reinstall windows and reboot and I will guide you in the paths of your hard drive to the folder called 'cure for boils'?"
