Reminds me of some of the words preached to us when Catholic Missionaries came around to the Catholic Churches every few years. Those days are far gone and so has spirituality.

Their words surelly got more souls into heaven then the kissy homilies do today!

We made sure we went to confession and was in the state of grace. Today, I just wonder as most communicants go without confession years at a time.

What the laity needs today is a good fire and brimstone homily to get the attention of the parishoners.

Faether Corappi would be just fine!
