Dr. Scott Hahn seems to be a “flake”.

Harley, I wouldn't say Scott Hahn is a flake but he is strongly post VII Catholic. His theology is very much in line with the current Pope and Magisterium's thinking.

I haven't waded into this feminine Holy Spirit discussion because I just don't feel up to it today, but given several Scriptural sources on the nature of Wisdom (Sirach, Wisdom) and the writings of mystics, I can fully understand why Scott and others would make a statement such as this. Again, I haven't read the pro or con articles in detail yet.

And that is why Scott Hahn is a Catholic.  To state whether, or where his Catholicism had its beginnings in relation to Vatican II is unnecessary.
