You either accept this Bible or reject it. Which is it? No Bible translation is perfect. The phrase "highly favored daughter" is a poor translation. "Full of grace" is better. It's something like "perfected in grace."
Still, it's best to use the Bible with all 73 books, not Luther's abridged version.
