In regard to the status of infants.

Jesus Christ was judged on the Cross for all the sins of the world, past, present and future. This does not imply all mankind has salvation.

The Books which are opened in heaven are the Book of Life and the Book of Works.

Those who have had faith in Jesus Christ alone through faith alone, have been in a position to where God is free to make that faith efficacious for salvation without encroaching upon His righteousness, holiness, integrity, and immutability. Their names are therefore written on the Book of Life.

Those whose names have been blotted out of the Book of Life will then be judged upon their works. Since they have no works which are not burnt up as hay and stubble, because even if they have numerous good works, such works if not performed in fellowship with God are good for nothingness. Those who are then deemed as good for nothingness will be sent to the Lake of Fire.

Infants, regardless of their names in the Book of Life, are considered to not yet be accountable for Divine good works, simply because they are not yet of age and accordingly, God is free to bless them with eternal life in heaven without encroaching upon His holiness, integrity, or righteousness.

We conclude, therefore that even though an infant may have sin of the flesh, he isn't judged on Divine good works, and perhaps not on the Book of Life for his entrance into heaven.

This is not the case with men of age. Entrance into salvation is not based upon works, but by faith alone. The judgment of the Book of Works, simply displays for all creatures who enter heaven that God is just and holy. Even those who reject faith in Christ are afforded their appeal to display their worthiness to enter heaven, and when found lacking of even one divine good work are then cast to the Lake of Fire everlasting.

You have a scripture on that do you not?

No one is in heaven because they deserve to be there..that is the fallacy of your position.

If infants are saved it is because God has mercy on them , not because they are "not accountable" . The bible is full of the judgment of God on the sin of infants .
