Before 1869, the Catholic Church approved of abortion? I notice there's an asterisk but can't make out the source. Can anyone provide more specific information on their allegation?

The Source is something dated 1991 it appears. Someone elses assertion, so it doesn't even cite a encyclical or anything. Look at the group, and doubt accordingly.

This is the poster info on their webpage. Words are clearer, which made out to be "Carl N. Flanders, Abortion, Library in a book, 1991"

Amazon search shows it's not exactly mainstream credibility, as suspected.
