So, then, is it your contention that man is to no longer pursue any of the Law given an Sinai? The Ten Commandments serve as the basis of our understanding of how God wants us to live. But we do not live in order to follow the Law. We are not under the Law.
We are to follow the Spirit.
All of which is beside the point. Paul in Galatians is not talking about Christian good works. They are not what he means by "the works of the law."

Does the Spirit ever tell you to act contrary to the Law? If not, then you have contrived an irrevelancy.

Is the Law not GOOD?
Is not following the Law a GOOD thing?
Is there any work of the Law which is NOT a GOOD work?
You have invented a false distinction. Clearly, as OP as shown, the Law is Good; following the Law is Good; the works of the Law are good works. This is really getting funny watching the mental gymnastics you are attempting to wiggle around this.
Woody.
