He also declared that without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin Where does He say that?

I had thought the verse was in the Old Testament, but it is in Hebrews 9:22, "and without shedding of blood there is no remission."
Hebrews13-14:"For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?"
Matthew 26:28, "For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins."
The Old Testament sacrifices were only a shadow of what was to be accomplished when Jesus offered himself as our sin offering. They foretold what would be accomplished in him, covering the sin of man until the perfect offering came, whereby we can now be cleansed forever by his blood. That is why Jesus said he came to fulfill the Law, not only by obeying the Law perfectly, but he also became the fulfilling sacrifice which the others were a shadow of.
