Conceding I have no context with that quote you provided, I would still have to be concerned about what on earth is he getting at? Is he about to deconstruct resurrection or what does it mean? Would that be a fair concern or would a Catholic who felt this way just be over-reacting?

Kasper seems to have a wide-ranging itinerary of doctrine from throughout the 19+ centuries of the Catholic Church that have awaited his personal advent to "correct".

Although this may appear contradictory, he also seems to be trying to make a name for himself to be considered "papabile".
