***The Absolute Sovereignty of the Creator, The Absolute Dependence of the Creature and The Absolute Necessity of a Mediator.***

From my perspective in the Arminian/ Pelagian sea, the church teaches 1 out of 3. Were we playing baseball, that would be a pretty good batting average.

Woody.

P.S. I notice all these sermons have something in preparation for the Lord's supper. In my sojourn through the land of Pelagius these near 20 years, I have only twice heard it mention that it is important how we approach the supper table. And, only once was it mentioned that you might die for eating in the wrong way.

"That third point, which I will present next time, Lord willing, will be: The Absolute Necessity of a Mediator.”

Well, I should hope so. This is like watching the LOTR:Two Towers and having to wait a year to find out what happens to Frodo. :O)

I find a few things lacking, but one of them is our relationship to our Creator(-creature). But man is the prodical son, that we are his children, not just another creature, but his offspring created in his image. Fallen, yes, spiritual dead to all thing spiritual, and when we die physical, dead to all thing physical. Never the less his children. Jesus him self said call no man father, for we have a heavenly father in heaven, two way relationship. And in Jesus Christ, man has the power to be called Sons and Daughter of God, as it is written in the bible.

And as for the Creator Sovereignty, you limit it to this universe, the bible teaches he his creator of all creation, (not limited to this universe only). Behold I create a new heaven (universe) and a new earth, and the old heaven and earth pass away, in the book of Isaiah. Your concept and perceptions, and terminology need alittle work. But like all Covenant Theology you will always be lacking, falling short of the Word of God, which is why I have come to call the Word of God, my Covenant Theology.
