Not in the Catholic Church, nor will there be a St. Marcel. I suppose you can declare him a saint if you wish. There was at the Novus Mass I suffered on January 18, 2004. The Catholic priest spent a 40 minute sermon describing how both Fr. Mychal Judge and Martin Luther King (unknowingly) were martyrs for the Catholic "faith" and both are now saints in Heaven.

Yes I think the Roman Catholic Church will canonize the late Abp. Marcel Lefebvre! They canonized St. Athanasius and he was excommunicated by Pope Liberius who was an Arian heretic.
