Mack has made some excellent points. Are the "Abuse" button abusers a large part of the problem? If so, out with them!

There are some circumstances where it is not possible, or not acceptable, to be perfectly and honestly blunt with someone. This forum provides that avenue providing this bluntness doesn't become abuse.

All in all, I think the policy is reasonable. The proof of the pudding will be seen soon enough.

When individual posters go overboard on the abuse button, they are dealt with one way or another. Usually without any bloodletting.
