I guess this means that the SSPX will not support an orthodox Pope and wish to remain in the outer darkness rather than trying to do something constructive like defend orthodoxy and tradition within the Church.

He had also created a very difficult situation within the Society trying to sway its members in pursuing an accord with Rome thus trying to cause division and even rebellion against the legitimate authority.Oh, the irony. Wish this was satire, then it would be hilarious.
