Then no doubt you can explain why no Mormon temple has Cross on it's edifice?

I can answer that question based on my own interpretation. I cannot speak officially for the church though.

We don't have crosses on Temples or the local chapels where people meet weekly. That symbol is no where to be found in things Mormon.

Why? Because we believe in a living, ressurected (literally ressurected) Christ who is currently who He is. He is there for us NOW.

We do not focus soley on His death, but rather focus on His life, death, ressurection, and what He has done for us and teaches us. He still teaches us.

We have to maintain balance among ALL of these things and not unduly focus on one or the other.

Just wearing a cross around ones neck doesn't make one Christian. Our faith goes beyond the symbol of just that one aspect of who Christ was and IS.

Two questions for you:

1)In your temple, who is God?
2)Who is Joseph Smith?

Why would you focus on Christ's death from the cross? The cross if anything represents what Jesus did for us to inherit eternal life because that's where you have to go to get it!

Why ignor the major premis of God's teaching?
