That is odd that you mention donations to Uganda. The priest well, I hate to even use a honorary title, let's say the so called rector at my former ECUSA church kept saying oh if we decrease our donations or block them from National Church it will only hurt African churches..Like they care. The African churches are dumping ECUSA.
