This is curious, but I'm not sure you can extend this to the extent you do. You could do the same thing with our language, find a name hidden within another name, but you would never draw the conclusion that something other than the first context seen was the one meant. The mere fact that letters appearing in one name also appear in another does not give us license to build a whole premise based on something hidden. I don't think God tries to hide meaning in his words unless you take the view that he hopes to entertain clever people. I think he is more forthright than that, wanting his words to be understood.

The difference here is, there is no premise *built* upon the letters, so no license is taken, and therefore nothing mysterious is revealed at all. The letters are but a reflection of what is already stated in the plain text throughout the Hebrew Scriptures. I am merely pointing out that the same message/theme is *also* revealed in the place names. Multiple witnesses within the Word.
