>> I am sorry but I see no unity in the teachings of the Catholic church. You have some leaders who ok homosexuality, divorce, married clergy and birth control.
A bald-faced, patent and absurd lie. (Except for a married clergy -- the celibate priesthood is not doctrine but a discipline within the Roman Patriarchy.) Unless by leaders you mean political leaders who are Catholic In Name Only. But I'd've thought it was obvious that I was referring to Bishops, not politicians, since politicians do not speak for the Church.

So none of your Bishops condone Gay Priest?
None of your Bishops have endorsed Pro-abortion canidates?
Anulments for rich Catholics are not a function of answering a few questions the right way(wink, wink)?

Ah the semantics game coming into play. It is a requirement of clergy that they be celebate. Is it or is it not. That's the bottom line. And as such it is doctrine. It is nowhere found in scripture save to be denunciated. So whether you call it doctrine or discipline it is wrong. Split hairs on that; but, don't hide behind words.

Except for a married clergy -- the celibate priesthood is not doctrine but a discipline within the Roman Patriarchy. It's also a fairy tale, told to make the masses of true believers happy.
