When did Christ die and rise again? He celebrated the Passover with His disciples on the 14th of Nisan (Luke 22:14). He was crucified on the 15th of Nisan. He rose triumphant over sin, death, hell and Satan on the third day - the 17th of Nisan - the same day of the calendar that the ark rested and the same day that Israel was delivered.

Interesting stuff, however Messiah was crucified on the 14 of Nisan, not the 15th, as all Passover lambs were. He had to be removed from the cross before the 15th, which began the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
