The answer is "all real Christian boys and girls upon entering the Sacrament of Marriage." In America? Are you ready to say someone isn't a Christian based on their virginal status at the time of marriage?

No, because forgives sin. But now the "in" thing for those to whom "chaste" is a foreign word is to use the recently created word, "revirginization." I.e., "redeveloping a state of spiritual chastity."

In America, Angola, Armenia, Australia ect ect all Christian boys and girls ought be virgins upon entering into the Sacrament of Marriage - unless fornication is seen as no barrier to following Christ or not an act that kills Sanctifying Grace in one's soul and leaves it dead and lifeless.
One doesn't ponder how much poison a man can swallow and still remain a man because the antidote of sorrow, repentance, contrition, ammendment, confession, and penance is close by.
