If he is paying child support, and it was court ordered there sound be a case record. Isn't that open to the public?

"Isn't that open to the public?" I don't know if it is public record or not, but I am sure that it is information that the agency that is investigating him could easily gain access to. We should make sure and suggest it. I have already written them once.
