I took that post to mean that the parish and its liturgy is a sign of the future because the vast majority of the diocese's seminarians come from it --- not that the design of it is necessarily the sign of the future --- but maybe the two go hand in hand, who knows ;-)

All one needs to do is build parish' in a traditional manner, with a altar table in front of the tabernacle, when the push towrds the restoration becomes stronger, the removal of the altar table will be even if made of stone a days work at most.
