Nomar is really struggling...can't buy a hit.

But that's okay because Manny just brought them home with a base hit - 2-0 Red Sox.

Thanks anyway, but I like Sterling's commentary. (And it's free).

Sox now ahead by 2. As much as a Yankee fan as I am, I can't stand Clemens.

I wished I had to pay for the Yankees. The day games kept interrupting my drive time talk show.

I got the Red Sox station on just to spite the other one.

Anybody have a radio feed on the internet?

There aren't any. The moneygrubbers at Major League Baseball force all radio stations with Internet feeds to shut them down during games so that you have to go to mlb.com and pay through the nose for the "privilege" of paying for free radio.

I'd suggest flipping around the AM dial. There are a number of PA stations that are part of the Yankees Radio Network.

Down here in WV we're really screwed; WCBS doesn't make it here until after sundown.

I like Sterling too (although as many people hate him as Rush). He kept it interesting during the Stump Merrill days. I can get 880 over the air at night.

I don't know why Manny tried to steal a base in that situation. They were hitting Roger pretty good with only one out. Now we have a strikeout and a caught stealing and Roger is out of the inning.

Roger was not very sharp this inning, perhaps he will settle down if the Yanks can put a run or two on the board but the way Pedro looked in the 1st, it's not going to be easy. Remember that Pedro and Roger faced each other in the ALCS series in 1999. Roger was hammered and the Sox won something like 13-2. Of course, that was the only game that the Sox won in that series.

Leadoff double against Pedro...

Trying to play little ball never works against Pedro. You have to try to get 2-3 runs on hits. He gives you maybe one chance a game.

Both Roger and Pedro have been sharper, to understate the matter considerably.
