She may not. Taping Rush is a federal offence on top of dealing narcotics. She could be facing some big trouble. She may be rich, but there's no Walmart at the federal prisons.

Wilma is subject to arrest .. she was dealing .. and she may be more at risk if she wore a wire and taped Rush w/o his knowledge.

But then, to change the subject to Wilma, only means we get to avoid the real issue here. IMO, this post is about what Rush may or may not have done, and his consequences.
