Wilma is subject to arrest .. she was dealing .. and she may be more at risk if she wore a wire and taped Rush w/o his knowledge.

The doctor gave him the drug at first. How would he know he'd get hooked?
It seems to me both the doctor and Rush just got a bad deal. The drug was available and proscribed often at the time. Since then, the drug was considered too addicting, and not used that much anymore. Who could have known?
