I thought Kerry skirted around the question posed to him about whether he'd attack Iran without UN approval if the evidence showed they were continuing their nuclear program.

BUT, isn't it true that Iraq had a nuclear program and they are all against our attacking Iraq?

I know we haven't found actual weapons yet in Iraq, but they did have a program.
