Additionally, this morning at 10:05 on FNC, a black prosecutor (didn't catch his name) was in the courtroom yesterday and he said the Judge did not allow certain testimony heard AT THIS TIME because it was so damaging to Kobe Bryant that it would make getting an impartial jury pool impossible.

Just another talking head. If this person is not a part of the case then how would he know what they have on Koby. From the info that was presented yesterday, all the talking heads (more like rumor mongers) are just that rumor mongers. The so angry waiting to condemn Nancy Graces, the anxious to spread the rumor, not facts Rita Cosbys.

Because the Judge announced to all those present the reason why he was not allowing the evidence to be put before the court AT THIS time. It was announced in court by the Judge that the information would be too damaging to Kobe's ability to find a fair jury.

I agree the talking heads speculate way too much. But this particular person I quoted was interesting because he was there and using the Judge's own words.
