Oh, I agree; I just wondered why people were saying she fabricated it; from everything I've read about her, she doesn't seem like the type to throw her respected position in the legal community out the window for a basketball player.

And I said earlier, she best have the evidence to show the court, or she will be sanctioned and maybe disbarred on Wednesday morning.

The more I think about it... She doesn't have to PROVE it... she was asking a QUESTION and could have asked HYPOTHECIALLY . However, she achieved her whole goal... It's in ALL the papers etc.. She has sown DOUBT. Espescially if the judge doesn't allow any of her history to be presented. In a way she is already tainting the jury pool for her purposes. The judge now is going to tell her to not do it again BUT she has already what she wanted... Created doubt by using the nuts and sluts defense....
