In the meantime, until Arnold is certified the winner and sworn in, Gray Davis is appointing 5 to 6 judges per day, according to Fox News this morning. It is doubtful that any of them are neutral on the abortion issue, let alone pro-life. The Davis legacy will live on long after he is but an unpleasant memory in Sacramento.

He is working every possible angle in an attempt to stop Arnold from a doing a good job.
