In the meantime, until Arnold is certified the winner and sworn in, Gray Davis is appointing 5 to 6 judges per day, according to Fox News this morning. It is doubtful that any of them are neutral on the abortion issue, let alone pro-life. The Davis legacy will live on long after he is but an unpleasant memory in Sacramento.

Oh God! This is terrible. He is working every possible angle in an attempt to stop Arnold from a doing a good job.
