No true Christian espouses anything less than Liberty.
Then you're writing off Chalcedon as a Christian group; I am loathe to do so, because I am a Catholic, and have been read out of Christianity several times.
Standing against gay marriage or gay adoption or regulating porn so that it cannot be sold to a minor is not infringement on ones personal liberty.
Chalcedon goes a good distance beyond that. Do you think that blasphemy should be punished by stoning the blasphemer to death? I sure don't--but outfits like Chalcedon do.
