"He was a political hack"

In no way, shape or form does he fit the description of a "political hack", an individualist yes, but, since when are individualists dangerous? Since when is a man or woman who stands by his/her convictions and core beliefs dangerous? What is the danger? That he is not an automoton to the party?

Maybe he is through in your Style over Substance party, but, as long as he stays the course, I will always vote FOR him regardless of whether he is a party member or an independant.

Shrouding a spoiler/traitor in semantics doesn't hide the rotting core of the man.

He had the choice to be a hero, but instead took the unique route of putting his own desires before the California people. Not good on the resume.
