I sent the URL for Diogenesis' latest "Gotta See This" thread to a former co-worker who was activated and sent to Iraq. Here is her response:

Yes, there has been a lot of change although the general public does not see it. Many Iraqis are coming forward, even turning in their own family members. Most of the Iraqi peole are wonderful; it is the minority, whom still follow Sadaam (and Al Queda) we need to worry about.

There is a lot left to do....and it is the worst; more difficult than the occupation.
